Welcome to Mr. C’s classroom website! Mr. C is a middle school math and science teacher in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. He loves helping young minds discover that math and science aren’t just subjects we learn in school—they are all around us and are an important part of our everyday lives.
When he isn’t teaching, Mr. C shares his home with his honey of more than 20 years, Eileen, along with quite the collection of animals: four horses, two dogs, a bunch of cats, nine chickens, a conure, two parakeets, and a corn snake who spends part of his time living in the classroom.
Mr. C also loves adventure and has traveled to many places around the world. His adventures have included safaris in the heart of Africa, exploring the jungles of Belize, visiting the birthplace of Count Dracula in Transylvania, and riding horses high into the Pyrenees Mountains of Spain. He is also a Master Scuba Diver, an avid equestrian, and even knows how to fly a plane.
Whether exploring beneath the ocean, riding a horse through the mountains, traveling somewhere new, or investigating something in the classroom, Mr. C believes there is always something new to discover—and that learning should be an adventure!
